Victory Collegiate Consulting was founded by Tom Kovic and launched in 2006. After nineteen years of college coaching experience, Kovic realized a need to assist families, coaches and prospects in building and executing personal plans that will help them navigate the college athletics recruiting process with confidence. Through individual family advisement, the goal of Victory is to provide prospects and families with sound advisement that will give them the best chance in finding the "right" college match.

"These are four of the most important years in the lives of our children in that it will help shape their personal character and provide them with professional direction for the rest of their lives. The goal of VCC is to assist families in developing a strong working knowledge of the recruiting process, and help them navigate this experience with detailed planning, self reliance and great confidence. The college athletic experience provides student-athletes with the opportunity to excel in their sport of expertise, while growing an educational foundation that will create vast potential for future career advancement.
