Tom KovicDave Yorke joined the Victory Consulting staff as a senior advisor in July 2010. Dave is the former Head Baseball Coach at The City College of New York where he oversaw all aspects of the program, including recruiting. With limited resources, Dave grew the CCNY roster from 6 to 28 players in his first year alone.

Along with expanding the roster, his 2010 team amassed the 2nd most wins in school history.  Prior to CCNY Dave was the Head Baseball Coach, Compliance Officer and Sports Information Director at Polytechnic University.  At Poly Dave's 2007 team set the school record for wins and the team he recruited for 2008 re-set the wins record.

Prior to Poly Dave was an assistant at Drew University, Seton Hall and Union County College.  His first head coaching position was for Cumberland County College in South Jersey, where he led the Dukes to their first playoff win in 7 years before heading to the Big East with Seton Hall.

Dave brings a wealth of recruiting knowledge to VCC that will have immediate impact to our service. His savvy approach and extended contacts in the New Jersey and New York metropolitan area will develop tremendous awareness about Victory Collegiate Consulting moving forward. Dave is a 1996 graduate of Drew University where he had a tremendous playing career and is still in the top 5 of most offensive categories.  Dave received his M.A. in Education from St. Peter's College.  Dave, his wife Grace and their 3 children reside in Robbinsville, NJ.
